Digital Products ♡

Digital products do not require physical shipping.

Once payment has been successfully completed, your digital purchase will be made available electronically using the delivery method stated at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Please ensure that the email address entered when ordering is correct.

Physical Products ♡

Where physical products are available for purchase, available delivery options and applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Orders will be prepared and dispatched as soon as reasonably possible. Any estimated processing or delivery times shown on the website are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive confirmation and tracking information where a tracked delivery service is used.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact Bleedinbeauty Studio as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delays

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact Bleedinbeauty Studio with your order details.

Where appropriate, I may ask for photographs of damaged products or packaging so the issue can be investigated with the delivery provider.

Your statutory rights regarding damaged, faulty or undelivered goods remain unaffected.

International Shipping

Available shipping destinations will be shown at checkout.

Where international delivery is offered, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their destination country, where applicable and permitted by law.
